As you may recall, I did a free crossfit course in Wednesday.
I woke up Thursday feeling fine. My muscles felt a little achy, but I wasn’t in pain. I was thinking – woo hoo! I can do this!
That is all over today. My thighs hurt! Needless to say, I did not get in my run today.
However, I am in just the right amount of pain to encourage me to join.
I start their Foundations class on Monday.
